The first issue of LEBENSWERK with the Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions e.V. (BM&A) as co-publisher alongside the Deutsches Institut f\u00fcr Unternehmensnachfolge e.V. has been completed and is already available online. The print edition is also already in print and will be arriving shortly. <\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With LEBENSWERK, BM&A now has a publication that is aimed directly at SMEs. At the same time, the focus on succession is supplemented by the topics of further development through the purchase and sale of companies (steels) and new cooperation models, thus bringing these two areas of expertise together in LEBENSWERK. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To kick things off, there is a special edition on the major SME M&A study, which deals with the use of M&A as an instrument in the SME sector and whose results were presented for the first time at the Mittelstandstag M&A 2022 in Essen.<\/p>\n
