On 10.03.2021<\/strong>, another meeting of the working group of the Digitalization M&A: Due Diligence & Legal working group of the Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions e.V. took place under the direction of Dr. Philipp Schultes<\/strong> from ZIRNGIBL Rechtsanw\u00e4lte Partnerschaft mbB. The event was entitled “Powering Knowledge Management and Financial Analysis through Natural Language Processing (NLP)<\/strong>“. <\/p>\n

In a presentation, Daniel Weber<\/strong> from Infineon Technologies AG and Milos Rusic from deepset GmbH introduced the topic of NLP and highlighted possible fields of application. For example, the new possibilities offered by NLP for searching through unstructured data and exploiting this previously untapped potential were presented very clearly. The application of NLP in companies to improve knowledge management was also presented as part of a case study. <\/p>\n

The event will be followed by a follow-up event on May 5, 2021<\/strong> at 5 p.m. in the format of an open discussion round, where all participants (especially corporates) can report on the use of digital tools (especially in connection with M&A) in their companies. Dr. Philipp Schultes would be pleased to welcome a large number of participants in order to obtain as broad a picture as possible of different solutions. One conceivable outcome of the event on March 10, 2021 and this follow-up event could be a “tool landscape” of the solutions presented. <\/p>\n

Finally, another event is planned for June 24, 2021<\/strong> at 5 p.m. under the following heading:<\/p>\n
