We founded the German Mergers & Acquisitions Association 19 years ago as a knowledge hub<\/strong> to improve expertise in corporate transactions, particularly to strengthen the SME sector. Since then, we have primarily dealt with the M&A process itself and the associated specialist topics and exchanged information on these. <\/p>\n

We also held regional conferences on a more or less regular basis and with different line-ups, including the Transatlantic M&A Conference, the German-Russian M&A Conference and an annual German-Indian event. Since the beginning of 2021, we have given the association a new dynamic: we now also organize industry events, currently including Health and Pharma. <\/p>\n

Now we want to give new impetus to our fundamental role as a leading platform for the exchange of M&A knowledge: in close cooperation with the M&A Review, we have therefore launched the working papers for M&A as a series, which we distribute online and supplement with print and multimedia media appearances.<\/p>\n

This series is intended to highlight topics that we want to explore in greater depth through presentations and (web) meetings. We distribute the articles to our members, our social communities and partners who can pass them on. However, the authors will always be BM&A members. We want to strengthen our role as a leading M&A knowledge hub and our sense of association. <\/p>\n
