At the events &#8211; in Berlin, D\u00fcsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich &#8211; experts from Deloitte&#8217;s Financial Advisory division demonstrated the added value of combining modern technology and expert knowledge along the M&amp;A lifecycle. They not only presented tools that have already been successfully used in practice, but also developments that are to be planned and implemented in the future.  <\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 49\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>&#8220;An all-round successful event!&#8221; was the conclusion of many participants. The presentations <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>AI-Enabled Scenarios for M&amp;A Business &#8211; Center for the Long View <\/em><br \/>\nDerivation of future M&amp;A activities based on AI-supported strategy development and competitor analysis.<\/li>\n<li><em>BigData Analytics in M&amp;A carve-out transactions<\/em><br \/>\nDatabase-supported BigData solutions with improved and faster analyses and simulations of financial implications in complex M&amp;A transactions such as spin-offs and demergers.<\/li>\n<li><em>Smart Contract Analytics<\/em><br \/>\nSmart Contract Analytics to provide relevant information more quickly during the M&amp;A process by automatically recognizing and classifying contract documents and identifying particularly high-risk contract content.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 49\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><em>Process Bionics &#8211; Transparency as a Key Success Factor for Value Creation<\/em><br \/>\nProcess mining in the context of complexity analyses of procedural interdependencies using the example of carve-outs and to increase the transparency of processes.
