Around 300 M&A specialists, CEOs, CFOs and other M&A managers from all over Germany discussed current trends and issues at the 14th M&A Congress in Munich. In presentations and panel discussions, the experts exchanged views on current market tendencies, trends in mergers and acquisitions and the practice of M&A managers in companies and in legal advice and made new contacts. The congress was opened by Prof. Kai Lucks from the German Mergers & Acquisitions Association, who co-organized the M&A industry event for companies and consultants. <\/p>\n
