The Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions gem. e.V. welcomes its new members at the beginning of 2023: Schüco International KG, Zollner Elektronik AG, kobaltblau Management Consultants GmbH, TIGGES Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB, Marktlinkt Mergers & Acquisitions GMBH, Aquin & Cie. AG and Harald Abendroth Unternehmensberatung joined the association in January.
Back in January, a joint event was also held as part of the LEBENSWERK platform on the topic of “Transformation in SMEs – growth with the help of M&A” at the offices of BM&A new member TIGGES Rechtsanwälte.
