Five international M&A experts held an exciting discussion at the high-profile M&A Summit in Beijing on November 8. Moderated by Tom Mackenzie, Bloomberg TV’s China correspondent, GONG Jianzhong, CEO of Bank of China, and Fred Hu, founder of Primavera Capital Group, among others, discussed their ideas for successful M&A strategies and their implementation in a global context. Markus Rieger, CEO of GoingPublic Media AG, was the only representative from Germany to take part in the panel discussion. The Global M&A Summit was jointly organized by the Bank of China and the Bloomberg news agency. Over 200 leading M&A professionals from China, Europe and the USA took part in the event.
