EnBW was honored with the M&A Award 2024 for the “Best Infrastructure Deal for Germany” for successfully securing partners to finance the investment-intensive expansion of TransnetBW as part of the Energiewende. The jury praised the innovative and transparent process, which enabled forward-looking solutions despite rising interest rates and complex legal conditions.
