The board of the Bundesverband Mergers & Acquisitions gem. e.V. (BMA) is made up of experienced experts who responsibly steer the strategic direction and representation of the association’s interests.
Germany is characterized by its strong medium-sized companies and internationally operating groups. Around 6,000 companies with a turnover of over 50 million euros form a unique basis. M&A is indispensable for securing our national and global competitiveness. Whether growth targets, market shares or the protection of existing businesses – company takeovers and mergers are the turbo for success.
However, success stands and falls with mastering the complex M&A processes. This is where BMA comes in: we close knowledge gaps, network the best minds and develop practical know-how – both nationally and internationally.
