Jan Pörschmann is the founder and Managing Partner of atares in Munich. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, investment, advisory board work and industry management, he has successfully completed more than 100 transactions with a focus on tech-heavy and asset-light deals in IT, media and services. In addition to atares, he is a guest lecturer and member of several advisory boards. Previously, he was a board member of a venture capital company and a senior executive at 3M in Neuss and Paris. He completed his business studies at the EBS European Business School, with stages in London and Buenos Aires.
